Why we exist

The retained executive search industry has a structural problem. Most firms sell senior relationships at pitch stage, then delegate delivery to junior consultants. The person who wins the mandate is rarely the person who executes it. Hamilton Finch was built to eliminate that gap entirely.

How we operate

Every engagement is sole, retained and confidential. The founding partner leads personally from mandate definition through to final appointment. There are no handoffs, no junior consultants, no account managers intermediating the relationship. We do not work multiple mandates for the same role. We do not operate contingently. Our interests are completely aligned with yours from the moment we accept an instruction.
