Roland Parry leads the Research and Resourcing function at Hamilton Finch, overseeing global talent mapping, candidate engagement, and intelligence gathering across the AI, Data, and Technology leadership markets.
With a background spanning over a decade in executive recruitment and market intelligence, Roland has developed a deep understanding of complex search mandates across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region. His expertise lies in building precise longlists of senior technical and commercial leaders, leveraging both traditional headhunting methodology and AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify exceptional, often passive talent.
Based in the UK, Roland manages Hamilton Finch’s global research operations, coordinating a network of analysts and sourcing partners who provide real-time intelligence and candidate pipelines for C-level and functional leadership roles.
